The Large monthly meat share provides around 18 lbs of assorted cuts, including pork, beef and chicken. Each cut is individually vacuum-sealed to maintain freshness and then frozen. Perfect for families and food enthusiasts who value variety and quality. Cuts may vary each month, but the Large share will always include:
2 lbs. non-premium beef steaks (i.e. flat iron, sirloin, skirt, flank)
2 lbs. of Pork Chops or Steaks
2 lbs. of ground beef
2 lbs. ground pork
2 lbs. Featured Sausage of the month
4 lbs. Beef Roasts (2-2lb. Roasts)
